Structural Rigidity: How is your coupe?

You havent heard body flex on the G until you've heard the back glass pop. Not the sunroof, but the back glass! It was like 15 degrees here and I was backing out at an extreme angle. I thought the glass was going to break. It made all sorts of unholy noises. Havent heard it more that 2-3 times, but there is definately alot of flex. I'm not sure if its new or not, I certainly didnt noticed it when i got the car.

I actually think there is quite a bit of flex in these cars. I always notice the A-pillars and roof visibly flexing a lot over large bumps or rough roads. You don't notice the flex in the suspension or road feel, but you can actually see the upper parts of the body of the car flexing. The amount of flexing I've noticed is proven by the loud clunking I heard from the sunroof tracks during this flexing period, the squeeking sunroof seal, and the numerous other rattles throughout the interior.
The chassis of my '02 Z06 is much stiffer. It definitely has a stronger, more rigid frame, and roof structure. Oh, and it doesn't rattle either at 25k miles.

12,000miles on mine and no squeaks at all. i mean maybe the seat squeaks once in awhile. But really its car, if it moves its going to d*** squeak. Get over it all cars rattle and squeak. I think some of you guys are really beating this "rattle" issue to death I mean get over it, So What! Our cars arent a freakin Bentley, its a 35K automobile, its not perfect. And if you think you should be getting more for 35K than thats not the case. Just be happy with what ya got and stop worring about "girly issues".
Here's a fix for some of the rattles.
The biggest rattle I've noticed comes from the vents. If you point them all the way up or down AND to the extreme left or right they will stop rattling.
Also there's a rattle from the plastic around the base of the shifter in my '05 6MT. Push on it and that rattle disappears.

Order the base model without the sunroof. I don't know how much stiffer it makes the chassis but there is no squeak and a lot more room for your helmet
This car is not the stiffest in the market, but a he11 of a lot better than anything else I have owned!

I hate to admit it, but i think the structural integritity of the G doesn't seem all that strong. Like others have said, when driving over a large speed bump or driving up a ramp at a sharp angle, it feels as if the car is completely twisting. Regardless of all this, I Heart My G!
Hey guys. Perhaps a solution?
What if one would install an after market "front-strut brace bar" (i think that's what it's called). Or some other after market products that supoosedly increase structural rigity & handling performance.
Do they prevent creaks at all?
