I debadge last weekend. My wife thought I was going bonkers and said I would probably spell it wrong when I rebadge and sell the G. My brother didn't like the new look. I debadge the entire rear except the emblem. I luv the new look. FYI: there is no badge on the Bat-Mobile.

I wonder if anyone else got the same response from there close ones.

 

Ya, it seems that most of the females that I brought up the idea to did not see the point of it.

 

Point out that it makes it easier to clean.

 

i didnt debadge i just rebadged it with the SKYLINE 350GT badging and left the Infiniti sign on it. Love it and so does the girlfriend

 

Just had a National G Club meet -- 27 Gs in one place--awesome. Saw the debadged look, and the one you describe on several rides--very nice and the best option--just the badge.

 

I dont really understand rebadging cars to different name . SkyLine isnt a bad name ...but Fairlady Z...yuk

funny you say that, my gf thinks the same thing... i only have the emblem left... she liked the "infiniti" and all... but i dont, i also dislike the skyline garbage... but to each their own

That's exactly my reasoning!!!

 

I did the exact opposite... left everything BUT the G35

 

My wife thinks that my G looks much better without the "INFINITI" lettering. I'm still contemplating on removing the "G35."

 

I like my rear end with no clutter.

The few people who've commented on it gave me a thumbs up.

 

i think just the 350gt badge looks nice
