theres the intake... can someone help me with this darn thing?

I had a K&N Typhoon intake on my Coupe which could be converted from short ram (warm air intake) to a long tube ram (cold air intake) by changing the tubing.
Altho the long tube setup was supposed to be better for performance, it upset the idle somewhat, so I was happier with the short ram combo.
This setup needed the filter to be isolated from the underhood warm air which can be done with a little work.

As someone pointed out, you're probably better off with the OEM ram setup with the K&N drop in and Z-tube.
