JPEG Image Problem

Why can't I open JPEG images? I also can't open many thumbnail pictures. Pictures look like digital pixel crap, and I can't open them either.

Any help is greatly appreciated

All I an say without looking at your computer is right click on them, select "open with" and try a few different programs and see if they open the thumbs. Start with IE.
