Opinion on Winter Set Up...
***I've read so much on this topic (via numerous searches....thanks by the way to all the recommendations)***
Finally decided to try the Dunlop Sport M3's...but none were available (damn)...SO...
PLAN B:
Blizzak LM-22 w/ Alba Chase Rims

I decided to go with 235/50/17 all the way around (based on the tire specialists recommendations...)
This was a difficult decision to make considering the trade off between the staggared recommendation vs. the ability to rotate and ultimately save money. I was told that the staggared setup is beneficial only in terms of handling needed at performance driving speeds (which I do not intend to take part of in Toronto's winter months).
Setup costs:
Tredz - $240ea. x4 = $960 TOTAL
Rimz - $125ea. x4 = $600 TOTAL
TOTAL COST: $1560 CAN (Installed)
Whats your opinion...recommendation for next time...

I have the L22's on now but haven't seen any snow yet. I can say they ride very smooth with just a slight noise increase.
I still have a staggered set up from Tire Rack which ran about the same as what your paying. I like your wheels better though.
The only suggestion I would make is if Toronto is a snow all the time kind of place, you may want to consider the Blizzak 50's next time instead if the
L22's.
