Greetings from downunder

Hey Guys,

Been browsing on the forums for a few weeks and thought I'd drop you guys a line and say hey. Have to say awesome site. Some of the cars here are unbelievable. Personally, love the cleaner cars, not a big fan of the fast and furious look.

Unfortunately we don't get the G35 or Skyline 350 in Australia from the manufacturers but a few weeks ago a couple of workshops got permits to bring them in as low volume imports, so now trying to convince the other half to sell the house unload some debts and import a coupe - nearly convinced her too :-)

Anyways keep up the great work and hopefully I'll be posting pics of my G (or V as they'll be imported from Japan) sooner rather than later.

Hey don't complain. You lucky Aussies get all the cool cars, skylines and all that.

Good point - was looking around a bit yesterday and found R34 GTR's for around $65k Aus dollars - not bad.

I had an R33 Gts25t about 5 years ago, and to this day will still argue with anyone that they are the best value for money car you will ever find. Currently around $15k Aus dollars.

Thumbs up

Welcome Nismo_g!

I must admit that I've always wanted to visit Aussie Land. I bet it's a fantastic place!! Maybe one day, when I can stand that long long plane trip. LOL!

Anyways, Welcome to the club!

Yeah welcome mate ...I was getting lonely in here
My V35 is currently in Brisbane being complied now.
Hope for it to be trucked to Perth mid December.
If you want a V35 let me know and I can hook you up with a contact I trust.
Met him when I imported my 33 then used him again for the 34.
Australia is great for Skylines other than 35.
I've owned R31,33GTS and 34GTT(even an old Prince GT-B).
This is a brilliant site for information and pics to drool over while I wait for my car to arrive.
Cheers
