Want advice?

Rent a minivan.

Your Coupe is going to be cramped with luggage and people. Plus you're going to wear down your expensive 19 tires, and you're going to get all kinds of rock and sand chips from the cross country drive. Not to mention if the kids want to eat in the car you're going to get that stuff all over the interior.

i drove to LA and back this past thanksgiving with my gf and her two siblings.. crammed with luggage in the small trunk and two backpacks in between them in the rear.. trust me, it was not a comfortable ride.. i agree with MikeyMike, rent a bigger car.. it's nice driving the coupe, but not with tons of luggage anywhere.. hopefully it's better for you because it's two kids in the back, not two young adults..

Day one was short. Stopped in Panama City to visit my wifes parents.

My car decided to join the "CD ERR FO" club. I'm not real happy about that. At least I have my ipod hardwired in.

You guys have no faith in the G. The most uncomfortable person will be me. My kids have plenty of room. They each have a tv, PS2, and Game Boys. My wife has a laptop to watch tv shows she recorded over the past month. I get to watch the Nav screen and my V1 remote.

Longest trip I have taken with my G is 14 hours from san jose to Seattle. My advice is to rent a good sized car and let it take the beating while your G sleeps peacefully in the garage.

When I moved to Vegas from Columbus, OH I loaded up all that would fit in the coupe and headed out. I drove by myself and made it in just over 35 hours. I made sure that I could recline my seat but other than that the car was full. It was a fun trip and I was surprised at how comfortable the journey was.

OH good grief, that is alot of stuff! Agreed about our trunk space, I hate it when I go to Costco with someone else (we usually buy different things). We can barely fit all of our Bulk items in the trunk and then we have to put the back seat down! On a side note, I went from Orange County to Santa Baraba and back with another "companion" , with luguage and it worked out fine. However, we had to use some backseat space so I can't see how you are going to fit all that in the car and three other people!

Talking Trunk space

LOL. Could you take a picture of all that luggage IN the trunk of the car? I'd like to see how you fit everything.
