Question about painting front bumper?

i was quoted about 450 to 500 for my front bumper because red is a hard color to match, is this true? or am i getting over charged.

I'm considering getting some bumper plugs for my black '05 G after just recently taking the front license plate off! How do you like the bumper plugs? Can you please post some pics?

Also, how do you remove the 2 white plastic threaded screws that are in the drilled holes in the front bumper, where the screws for the license plate housing screw into?

I'm having a hard time trying to get them out!

I just got mine stripped and repainted. $250 was the price.

Here's a pic of my bumper plugs. As you can see, there were 4 freakin holes I needed to fill up. It's only a temporary solution until I take it to a body shop and get them filled in along with the 'square' plate area also.

It might be less noticeable on a black car, no? Also, were they easy to install?

Yeah, alot better than some unsightly holes.

They're extremely easy to install, just screw them in and you're on your way.
