I'm in the process of purchasing an OEM front bumper. The bumper is a different color than my car unfortunately. Can anyone give me an idea (roughly) of how much it would cost to have the bumper painted to match the color of my car?

Reason i'm doing this is because i'm planning on purchasing the OEM lip and my current front bumper has been drilled into for the license plate frame. Also...i've considered ordering from bumperplugs.com but however i don't like the look the plugs. I want a clean look for my front bumper with the OEM lip.

Any answers or suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Also I'll take this time to say if anyone has an extra DG front bumper laying around (Without drill holes of course) shoot me a price if you will sell.

How much did you pay for you front bumper. I am in the same boat my front bumper has a scrapes and some chips I am wondering what it would cost for a new front bumber plus painting it if it doesn't come painted from the factory.

If you are painting anyway, you may as well fill the holes that were drilled for the license plate. Won't really cost any extra.

FYI - I received a price of about $400 to take the bumper off, paint it, and re-install. I would probably save a lil bit by removing it and installing myself, but not all that much. From what's posted, $400 is on the high end.

actually thats about right... $400/450 is what the guy said it would normally cost to fix, paint, install a bumper but since i was reffered there by one of his friends he hooked it up. anything over 450 is a rip

From what I've heard from my shop, certain color may be harder to match up. I have a BS, and recently I needed paint job done on my bumper as well, the shop told me he would have to touch up slightly on the areas around the bumper as well, so it would blend in. The shop is pretty reputable in the area, so I believed him.
