yea i have the same problem well actually my cd player wasnt playing any cds at all jus kept saying push eject it was below 45 degrees out here as well in nyc... the funny thing was that as i drove the car for about an hour i tried it again and it worked.. since it works now i figured it was jus to cold for the radio. which sucks

The same thing happened to me this morning. It was about 25 degrees and none of my CDs would play without skipping. After about an hour of driving everything was good to go.

Whats sad is that Infiniti actually says in the owners manual that the CD player will have problems in cold weather....

From what I understand the Clarion's are known to be sh***y in the cold weather. Most likely the track for the laser reader is what gets jammed up.

On the other hand, if you have the BOSE. Then that is just sad. I can't imagine paying that much money to get a jacked up radio.

My only advice is let the car warm up and put the heater on. Let the air circulate so that your ambient temp in the car rises, which should hopefully fix the problem.

The bose unit is still a clarion. They just slapped Bose on it, the speakers are supposedly different (read: crappy)

Wow I honestly thought the head-unit and speakers were all bose (assuming that you got the premium package). I got the straight stock clarion because I plan to put my old head unit in anyway.

That's some crap. Im amazed that infiniti is not ponying up to fix the problem. Now I'm happy that I didn't spend the extra money.

Sorry guys, don't mean to s*** on your grass.
