Perhaps the valentine mounts are more expensive? ( I got the passport one)
that is correct. its $10 more but still worth the money

evangelo2: the mount barely obstructs your vision and with it so close to your eyes it really helps catch your attention (if you have loud music on, etc). It does not look odd at all. To some extent you can also adjust how far the radar comes down as well. It can touch the mirror or come down further, depending on how you mount it. I have a PP8500 btw, so you might want to double check this.

Thanks Kyosho,
That second picture helps a lot with visualizing how far down it goes. I used to keep the V1 hard wired and clipped onto my passenger side sun visor in the //M but this seems to pi$$ off the GF especially when its sunny out and my sun visor is down This seems like a much nicer solution.

Setup looks good. Any advantages of using this over the suction cups? I know the suction cups have the chance of coming loose but mine never do so I didn't know if there was some other reason?
