Everyone says good things about Motordynes MREV mod, for performance, might want to look into that, its about ~600, leaving some extra money to play around with.

Performance wise : Save a lil more and get a turbo

Wheels : 19' volks +tires run about 3300ish + some springs

Suspension: Could get coilovers or d-specs and spings, with sways, and camber corrections.

Body Kit: Could get a full kit shipped, painted, installed for about 3500

I would personally go with the wheels + springs or do the whole suspension, but again its all about what area of the car your lookin to improve.

Turbo with 3500? Nah, that ain't gonna be enough.

Dude, get some rims...it will improve handling and looks. Plus you can always sell them to recoupe some of your losses...I'd go with rims.

I'd go with a suspension. Rims are nice, but unless you get high priced ones you will be adding wieght and decreasing perfromance. A nice suspension setup will allow you to take you're car to the next level of driving pleasure. Nothing like running around a track in a finely tuned suspension.

Your car has enough power, getting a suspension will allow you to push your car to that limit.

Not sure how much it helps with the auto, but I just added Crawford headers and high flow cats - WOW what a difference! Mid level rpms and you start to really feel it.

If you have 3500 to drop at once, the decision should boil down to some nice wheels on some nice tires.

OR

FI

...simple as that
