haziness

i noticed my car today the drivers side door and also the back rear finder the paint is hazy as hell on it in some parts,it looks like waves of haze, and i also have some swirl marks i know the swirl marks can be removed, anyone know the cause of the hazy waves on my car,and how they can be removed? id be willing to to pay top dollar for those waves to be removed from my paint, and you only can see the waves in direct sunlight..its very strange, anyone else have this? or has seen this..? and yes the car is black =c/

did you recentlly get into an accident and had that panel repainted or something of that sort. after i got my car back from the bodyshop , because of some idiot driving a neon rear ended me, the bumper was full of hazy marks. i remember reading a post on here saying when bodyshops don't do this one thing to the final coat of paint it creates this haze mark. but after a few coats of wax it dissappeared. all i ahve to worry about now is the swirly marks
