LMAO . . . I get stuff based on a perceived need, not based on savings.
I'm not a premier member due to several reasons:
1. I'm not against the site owners on making money, but they already have banner ads, google ads, sponsers, etc...
2. I help out the site by participating in the forums (which I suspect is the main reason people are here)
3. group buys limited to a subset of users will not be as effective as group buys available to everyone, particularly when you get larger discounts with larger groups

When I signed up for Premier Membership, it was NOT just for the perks... I have gotten so much information out of this site and it's members that I just wanted to contribute something to 35driver.com. The information alone far exceeds the small annual fee. The first GB I was in alone saved me more than twice the annual fee so you could say it pays for itself.
