Unhappy Today someone crashed into my G..PICS..

OK so today wasn't so great .A Chick in her Mercedes C230 crashed into me while she was trying to make a right turn, and now the Passenger side part of my car is messed up. But not too badly.. However It's the Third accident this car has had and now pretty much all panels on the car except hood and trunk have been replaced since I bought this car just 23 months ago. And now as much as I like the car I really don't ever want to see it again now after this one. The problem is that my insurance company (Progressive Drive; Which has not physically seen the dmaage yet) claims that based on my description it's going to be fixed but I don't want it to be fixed I want it to be totaled because the value of the car will be next to nothing and I personally won't feel safe in it anymore. especially how the B Pillar was crushed in slightly so now is there anyone with any bright ideas? I mean I don't think I'm being and A-shole it's just who would want to drive a car thats been in 3 accidents? What can I do? someone help me the adjuster is coming in the morning and I wan't him/her to right it off. And the claims adjuster I have is trying to talk me into repairing it and she claims that it won't diminsh the value and all this BS but I want out and I don't wan't it fixed I wan't it junked...

Notice the B- Pillar damage

Someone help...

well that damage is definitely fixable, but i definitely feel where ur coming from, after 3 accidents, I would not feel the same for the car. Idk how she could write it off though, thats nowhere near a total.

dude, no way their gonna total that car. Theirs nothing I can really add to help you. All I can think of is let them fix it and sell it.. if you want to keep it legal anyways, your options are limited.

how about smashing something into it? break the windows etc. I can understand how you feel, to be honest i would not drive a car if it had been in a accident, just cuz it wouldnt feel the same.
I dont know which advice to give you since your already mature then me..but this damage is fixable. Unless you do something funny to the engine maybe that will be costly to fix...

Yeah, that definitely can't be totaled. The only way I can see you getting a big check for your car, is to have someone steal it, but thats very risky, and also, its insurance fraud which can get you in lots of trouble if caught. Im not TELLING YOU to do that, im just mentioning that as a possiblity. My friend has done it with success but he was scared in the beginning. Its your call man.

Visit one of the corrupt Armenian Mechanics in North Hollywood, lol JK!!

Just sell it or trade it in....there's no way in hell you're going to get that car salvaged. BTW, was the chick in the c230 cute??

there is no serious structural or frame damage that i can see from the pics. the car will most likely not be totalled. fix it and sell it, and a new one.
