Gas cap door Won't Open!
I had this happen to me. I used the manual release in the trunk.
It works fine now, which makes me think in my case, that the problem is due to cold weather. It was quite a bit warmer last time I gassed up and it opened up no problem. The time that it did not open right up, it was a lot colder.

Mine crapped out this morning
Fortunately I was a mile from my house and not on fumes. Gonna take out the trunk liner tomorrow and manually pop it.
Ok, yeah they replace it under warranty. But what happens when the warranty runs out? Are they replacing it with a better engineered unit or the same POS that will crap out every 3 years?
