My last car was a VW GTI VR6 at 15 psi... about 350 ft-lbs of torque through front wheel drive... granted I swapped a Quaife torque biasing differential in so it would light up both... but that baby had some torque steer as it ripped the wheels loose! No VDC there...

Its weird that i had more wheel spin (1st to 2nd gear) when my G had 2000mi... but now with 5000mi i am having less wheel spin... In fact, my tires dont even screech anymore...i can feel the tires spinning but not enough to make it squeak.. is it because of the clutch? or other reasons....

Interesting... maybe it's tire wear related?

BTW, I'm in Palo Alto as well!

E=mC^2 proves that boosting @ 15psi would add no torque over base power

ehhehehehe

Now that sounds like an argument you'd stand behind!

I can increase your timing a few degrees if you'd like... I'm thinking of getting the car dyno'd in the next few weeks, and changing the timing between runs to see what sort of difference it makes.
