MREV for 05 in 03 with Twin Turbo with IC , any one?
Standard MREV components:
1. Pre '05 lower plenum/collector
2. 5/16" or 1/2" plenum spacer
3. Iso Thermal upgrade (configured with either a Coolant Control Valve or Copper Throttle Body heating plate).
Option: Standard MREV is upgradable to the MREV plus, which incorporates a modified lower plenum/collector inlieu of the stock one in the standard configuration.

Zpeedray,
Sorry for any confusion. It seems we were having a English/Spanish language barrier in effect while on the phone.
I was saying the MREV was explicitly designed for the REVUP engine and that a standard spacer would be the best way to go, but from our conversation it seemed you were describing that you had a 05 lower plenum on your car. If this is the case, you would certaintly be much better off with the MREV.
If you have the 03 collector the MREV is not for you.
Let me know if you have any questions and I will get you set up with the best configuration possible.
Thank you,
Tony

Thanks Tony, I think he thought that the lower plenum from MREV was different from the 03 model lower plenum. I tried to convince him, but he needed the word of the Motordyne god himself. haha.
So on a side/personal note, when are the next mods due out?

I think it was as he mentioned earlier, the language barrier between Spanish and English. We both had a difficult time understanding eachother on the phone.
I tried hard, but I could only understand about 1/2 of what he was saying and he probably experienced the same with me. No biggie. This is to be expected when trying to communicate with non primary languages.
Mods are being tested with success and many more will be tested soon. I expect they will all show good gains but none of them will be available for a few months.
I need to go through a whole manufacturer search and bidding process to get the best balance between quality and price. I gotta shop around before settling on one shop.
Then I need to do this multiple times for each different mod!!!... because they all will require a different kind of manufacturing process. Finding the right supplier takes time.

I spoke to Tony today and he clarified me about this problem, he tell me that the MREV 05 kit is just the 03 stock plenum with the 5/16" spacer. I know some guys here tried to tell me that it wont work but i never figured out that this was really a 03 stock plenum. I never read that any where in the threads regarding to this part. I was thinking all the time that it has the runners bigger because here i see one with the enlarged runners. I think that it is a local job. I was thinking that Tony sell that one but i was wrong too.
Any way thanks for the info and sorry for my persistance. Everybody makes mistakes, thats what threads are all about. I order the 1/2" isothermal kit only from Tony. BTW im ordering the modified lower plenum as i see it here locally, and if it is thru im going to post the photos of both plenums and the $$$$. Dynos too if it doesn't takes too much time to be delivery. . I can wait any longer to get my car.Whooosssssshhhhhhhhh!
Another thing, Motordyne service ( five star ) awesone , very nice people to talk with. Thanks for the great service.
