Well, not really. I tried to get the guy to race me just to see how bad I'd get spanked, but he didn't bite. It was black w/ silver racing stripes. Matched the dudes hair b/c he was like 70 years old. Damn, that's a nice car. It had to be close to half the height of the G.

I dunno if it was a GT or just a regular Mustang. It was the newer version one. It was silver with black stripes. Raced it just to see the difference with my car. The dude pulled on me once I hit 3rd gear. I still love my 2003 G35

The original poster is talking about the supercar Ford GT...not a Mustang.

Raced an 05 Mustang GT and by 90MPH I was ahead by a good 2 car lenghts or more; this was consitant on 4 runs from about 50MPH... He smoked me from take off to about 80ish and then I would catch up and could pass him after about 110MPH (again mare than 3 times).
We have the advantage on the higher end, but they sure are strong from the line. Both he and I were surprised the G did so well, I'm happy with the results because most challenges come up on the side of you while cruising and the 6MT G is very strong if driven right from 50-60 to 145MPH.

Do people even read the thread before posting anymore? More and more people just spew stupidity all over this forum.

Yeah, I'm the first to use a false title to get some attention to a thread. Wait, no I'm not. I will admit that it's bad, but not as bad as those "For those of you that..." threads. At least put something that pertains to the subject in the title. BTW, I wouldn't have started a thread for some Rustang GT.

I actually felt pretty ricey, but come on. It's a Ford GT. You know you'd do the same to an Enzo.
