I have an '05 black coupe 6MT. My Borla TD, UR underdrive pulley, JWT pop charger and strup headers have arrived. I'll be installing them over the next few days. I'll keep ya'll posted.

Myself and some friends doing the installs. We put the JWT pop charger in today along with the borla td. I must say the new sound is addictive. Feels a little stronger in the upper rpm's. I'll take some pics tomorrow. I'm beat; the borla install was a chore to say the least.

 

i just installed the borla td today....it is so awesome...i had them weld all of the piping so there are no brackets either!

 

Ok, so I was able to get the intake, pulley and exhaust on myself. The headers required a little help from a friend of mine who owns a performance shop. Even with the lift and the help of several guys who do this for a living, the install was very difficult. I do not recommend trying the header install without help and strongly discourage it without a lift. Some of the bolts are almost impossible to get to. We had to unbolt and move the A/C compressor on the driver's side and the water line and a wiring harness on the passenger side to get to the bolts which were still very tight. Just be warned. Three of us working 10 hours straight to get this done.

As for the performance gain. The car feels a lot stronger in the upper rpm's. The sound is incredible. Must be heard first hand to appreciate. The sound of the intake, headers and exhaust is addictive. I'll be putting the car on the dyno in the morning. Stay tuned.
