My escutcheon keeps popping out when I open the door. I tried stick it back in but it wont click in their and its still loose. How do i get it to stick in their without coming out? Thankss

Just installed mine. Literally took less than 1 minute.

All you do is lock your door, pull the handle open and stick a very small flat head screwdriver inbetween the door handle pull and the escutcheon cover, twist the screwdriver to pop it off, and pop the hole less one on and youre done

Use your key to pop off the cover and then just insert your key anytime you otherwise would...
And OP it really is that easy, just pop off the cover, not the entire lock on the outside, towards the back of the lock and pop on the new one.

I super glued my escutcheon. I only put a drop of super glue where the escutcheon clips in (the side where it faces the door handle). That bitch ain't coming off now!
