yep go FI, you may still have some cash left over to get your rims as well, depending on wich way you go.

I've heavily modded a lease before. It is a lot of work the week before you return it but you can still mod the crap out of it and then get it back to stock.

Since it is a lease, you can still get a body kit or FI. As long as you don't change the paint color of the car or sell/throw away the stock parts you are golden.
