Angry Accident! Only have the bodykit for less than 2 weeks.

Some yahoo rear ended me at a stoplight on PCH and Ximono in Long Beach. I just got this bodykit for less than 2 weeks and the wheels for less than 3 days now the car needs to sit in the bodyshop for god knows how long. Of course I'm not at fault but now I'm going to have to deal with FREEWAY / QBE insurance to get my car repaired. Has anyone ever heard of this or dealt with this insurance company?

Here's a picture from my crappy camera phone. The support to put the license plate was broken off and a motorcycle cop pulled me over for that. I explained to him the situation and he gave me a ticket for speeding(going 85 on 65) instead. He didn't use a radar and only gauged my speed with his bike. What a night.

wow.. nice cop.. some cops probably would have given you a break, but not the one you encountered..

sorry to hear that your car is in a shop when you just got two things (kit and wheels) put on your car recently.. hope your car has a speedy recovery..

Its amazing how much garbage you post. You're almost like another Jtrain, but you happen to be more consistent like Andy said. Idiot.

Watch your rear.........

That "Really" sucks! My wife says that if that had
happned to me I'd rip the guys head off and stick
it up his......you know..^##. I guess those things
happen, turn it over to your insurance and get a
rental car from their company. After you get your
car back stay the hell out of Long Beach......

man, that sucks. go through your insurance company and have them deal with the back and forth with the claim with the other company.

if they conclude that it wasn't your fault (which it appearently wasn't), they will send you a check to recoop your deductible.

some friggen middle aged woman backed into my wife's car last year and
i just made a claim through my ins co, StateFarm. the middle aged wrinkly
woman had progressive. i got everything back, and then some since i have
VIP membership with the bodyshop and get discounts.

Hold on. So you got hit and then drove home going 85? If I got hit I'd drive a lot slower home incase something broke. Theres a lot more damage than you see usually. Anyways fight the ticket and explain why he pulled you over in the first place and that it was out of your hands and you were jsut tyring to get your car home and off the road.
