That's one thing I liked about Gunn Infiniti in San Antonio, they get down and put an eye right at the edge of the body and look for ANYTHING and if they find it, they write it down. They do this in your presence, so you will know if anything happens.

Went to infiniti today ... AND WTF!? The service rep that drove my car " As of last friday, is no longer an employee of Atlantic Infiniti" DAMMIT...

they wouldn't tell me if he was fired or if he quit. Now I have to meet w/ the head of service tomorrow during my lunch break to see if he'll work with me... this could work for me or against me... we shall see...argh!

***PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP!***

UPDATE:

Talked to the head service manager (Rob) on the phone, explained the situation. I guess he got a heads up already on the situation from the person I talked to yesterday. He gave me the number of the "wheel guy" they send all their curbed wheels to. If he can fix it "like new" they will foot the bill. If he can't fix it, they'll buy me a new Volk wheel (Which i'm surprised he knew what they were, but then again everyone and their mom has them too... so hehe)

being polite and courteous go a long way...so for the moment i am very pleased with how they are treating the situation. thanks for the advice guys.

But did you check and make note of it before handing over the keys?... if not, they can ding it and still claim it was already there....

america's tire did that to my maxima rims once so last week before handing over the keys to them, i took photos of the car and rims right in front of them to show how serious i was...

Dam, you are one lucky dude. That's one understanding Dealership, and I hope you reward them for their service.
