Ok so its been less then a month since I picked up my 06 MT. As you can see from my signature I have had a good run of mods. Now I am tryign to decide on what next...here are some options

1. JL Audio 250/1 - JL 10w3v2 and 4080 Box
2. Stoptech 14" BBK, I can get a deal now for a barely used set for 3k installed

I didn't notice sway bars in your list. That's another relatively sheep upgrade that will help handeling.
After that I'd go for the brakes, then system. Is the JL 250/1 enough for the JL 10w? Either way, if your'e going for the JL10w you probably want to change out the head unit too. I've also heard it can be a bit much for the stock bose speakers, so they may also have to go.

Not to be an @ss but it's 4080 box. I've always gone with JL 12" in my previous rydes but after driving the G', having so much bass seems kinda nasty.

Sorry for the Debbie Downer moment but...

I'd be careful not to mod your car up too fast, you might get bored of it just as quick.

 

Id get the brakes to never know when ya might need them and thats a hella deal.
