Infiniti GPS Navigation a DVD Player?

hey guys..i have the infiniti gps navigation system installed..and it runs on a dvd..wanted to know if anyone knew if there was a way to get my dvd navigation system to allow me to play movie dvds so i can watch it on my lcd...

Apparantly there is a way to convert the system. Do a search back 2-3 months for details. Seems to me it was expensive.
