Just took my coupe to the dealer and one of the problems I wanted them to look at was the window drop feature when you open the doors.

The passenger's side only lowers about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch, but the driver's side lowers about 1.5 inches. They told me that there was no kind of adjustment they could do as the motors are already pre-programmed to drop a certain distance, and all motors drop different lengths.

Has anyone had the same problem?

 

I have noticed a similar issue with my 06 g's windows, the Driver drops like 1/2 inch and the passenger drops like approx. 1 inch ????
I'm not sure what the deal is, anyone know whats up???

 

On my '05, the drop is maybe a 1/4" on both, max. It's hardly noticeable at all. Never realized others varried so much.

 

Same for my 03 coupe, it drops like less than 1/2 inche.
I'm bringing it back to the dealer and see what they think because I think this is a problem....

 

I have an 03 and it drops about 1/4" on both sides. It is sufficient to clear
so I am happy!

 

I have an 04 with the same thing. My passenger side drops 1" and the drivers side drops just enough to clear.

I have an 06 coupe and the drop is good for me.

 

When I bought my 05 both the windows had the same drop, Then the relay went bad and had that replaced. Now I have the same problem as everybody else.
