Which probably explains why my wife's TL is ~600 bucks more per year to insure than my G35 coupe. At least that's what I tell myself

My insurance actually went down ~$30 when I moved from a 2000 maxima GLE to 2004 G35c, ~$530 every 6 months, Allstate in northern va. clean record. I was quite surprised and happy.

sounds about right. I was very very close to getting a VW R32 but since there was so little of them made for the USA it made the insurance crazy. $1500 every six months for me (im 19 living in indiana)

Damn, some of you guys are paying crazy insurance, I guess insurance is cheap here in Virginia..? And I guess another reason is my parents have been with allstate for a long time and have 4 cars on the policy, so I guess I get alot of discounts on their plan because of that.
