Goin to pick up car from shop!

I just got my Pioneer Avic N1 screen and backup camera installed today. FINALLY.
I have had the unit sitting around forever and had to figure out all the parts to order and everything and finally got it into the shop yesterday. I am so excited, one hour to go! Will post pics later tonight.

You'll love both the AVIC-N1 and the backup camera. I've had them for close to a year now, and I can't imagine having to live without that Nav system. Actually, I did for about a week or so, and it was like hell. It's weird, I got so used to having it around, when it was gone, I was missing it like crazy.

Congrats on your new toys!

Everything turned out great. The rear view camera looks pretty sweet, but it isnt the best quality at night. (only paid 40 shipped for it though so Im not complaining). I will post pictures in the morning.

The shop installed everything for me for 240 out the door. I think its pretty good becasue he worked on it all day and showed me stuff when I kept stopping by, hehe. He even sodered off the dual button and put it on the new ac controller and did some extra things like relocate my amp to a better place (spare tire well instead of stuck behind rear seat) and screwed my box down. Overall very happy!

Here are the pics! As I was enjoying my new system I got a ticket for some bull****, but not getting into that, haha.

Lemme know if anyone has questions!

Nice, did you have them do the PAC-SWI-PS during the install? Can't live w/o those steering wheel controls! I don't know if its the same for the N1, but in the D1, you can switch the language to French. I can't understand where the hell the chick is telling me to go, but I know it sounds pretty damn sexy tho. Haha.
