I know this may sound stupid but I own a '05 g35 coupe auto, but during high speed turns the steering wheel is too unresponsive to the car. I feel like its holding me back. It feels too loose. Does anyone else feel this way? I would like a tighter steering wheel like a bmw. I feel I could turn a lot more faster that way. Am I just weird or do others feel the same way?

Steering response at higher speeds in the G is fine for me.

I don't know what you mean by holding you back? From what? Turn faster? Your turning speed is limited by grip and not a tiny difference in assist or ratio.

i know that in my g the steering wheel is very tight and it is nowhere near loose

Does it matter that I have don't have sports suspension? I meant it feels like its "holding me back" is that I don't feel as confident when I am turning at high speeds compared to something like a bmw. I might actually be turning faster then the bmw though, but it doesn't feel as.. secure.
