Ok, I currently have an '03 sedan and I'm seriously considering trading for an '06 coupe.

My current sedan does have a lot of the infamous rattles, but to be fair, I do have a very loud subwoofer that I'm sure has caused a lot...and it's also an early model.

My question is, now that we have the '06 coupe's have a lot of the rattling issues been resolved? Are a lot of you guys still experiencing a lot of rattles?

Please help...

There is a post about it already called problems with your 06 coupe or something like that . I have none so far.. GO FOR IT!!

 

bro i have an 06 with a fairly loud rockford and the car creaks like crazy...good luck

 

WOW is it still really that bad? I would think that they would have the kinda of crap taken care of by now.

'06 IP Coupe, about 800km (500miles) on the engine, no rattles or creaks so far that I hear. Slight whistling noise that appears to have died down now but I'm told it was due to intake and it's normal. Judging from the posts from 05/04 owners, I'd say 06 was a big improvement in the wierd noises department.

4K miles here. No rattles to speak of.

 

~450 miles here - no rattles or any creaks yet.

 

almost 3k and no rattles unless the passenger seat belt is not in it's holder.

 

Close to 3,000...not a peep. OEM sound though.

 

1,100 just the nice stock exhaust sound !

I am getting my Trunk Extreme Dynamatted and the 4080 w/JL 10W6 & 500/1 hooked up on Friday.. I will let you know if it rattles..
