Well your torn between sways and a plenum spacer... which do you want to do first? suspension mods or engine mods? Personally i'd go with the 5/16" MD ISO plenum spacer and a z-tube/JWT PC.

Correct, you CANT get the MREV. It's only for 05+ 6MT. You'll notice a difference in daily driving with sways, the car will feel stiffer when turning because it will reduce the sway or body roll you get when you dont have them hence the name "sway-bars" The suspension will also be more responsive.
The plenum spacers arent hard to install at all. Motordyne gives you very very thourough instructions for install. I'd go with the 5/16" ISO thermal spacer if you want to still keep your engine cover, if you dont you can get the 1/2" but it only dyno's another 1-2HP above the 5/16" (not noticeable) There are other brands such as skunk2 but i'd stay away from that (a couple people have purchased it and are dissapointed in quality) I just ordered a weapon-R secret weapon intake and will be getting the MD 5/16 ISO-thermal plenum spacer when i get my tax returns.

i have the mrev on my car. but for your car, i'd recommend the 1/2" spacer. it adds power where you will feel it - on your downshift. When you are just cruising at 3k rpm, you don't really need more power - you're just cruising. you need more power when you downshift a couple gears - you wanna be pushed back in your seat. the 1/2" will give you more power when you downshift 2 gears. The 5/16" will give you more power at 3K rpm. I've been in a car with the 1/2" and i was very impressed. but in the end it's up to you. more Power from 2k-redline. Or a lot more power 5k-redline. (when you test out how fast your new modded car is, you'll be at 5k- redline, trust me).
