Get the premium package and you will thank yourself in a few years when you go to sell the car and it will have retained more of it's initial value than if it were just a base model.

To each his own, for someone that will not appreciate the premium package and bonus items that come with it, is stupid to pay extra for things he/she does not want. I wanted the Navi, the sunroof, the bose that is more than what I'd expect from a stock system, leather, and all that goodies, and I'm happy. I beat all of you guys, because not only I also got an XM radio, but I saved a bunch of money on it, by finding a barely used one. It's like new, has warranty, and everything. haha

The only reason I paid the extra $2k is for the bose lol. I hate having a sunroof and heated seats are nice but not very important. Having premium package stops me from actually building this car. Because it weighs so much that gaining 20rwhp wouldn't really feel like 20rwhp gain.

When I was looking for mine I didn't want Premium seemed over rated...wifey couldn't understand...Just wanted Base w/Aero package, and sunroof. Of course I couldn't find it in BonB so I ended up with an 05 SS and get a lot of compliments...

All you would be getting is split climate control (I think it's useless), auto headlights (Im pretty accustomed to doing that myself lol), and the auto dimming mirror...Is this worth $2000 extra?
i cant drive without the auto-dim. and i do use the heated seat a lot. maybe not worth 2000 dollars but i would have to install my own auto-dim mirror.
ah, also dont forget that you have to have it if you want to get nav

Initially I didn't want the premium package but I was forced to get it and now I'm really happy I ended-up with because it complements the car really well and I actually use everything, especially the dual climate control!

You don't get it...........!

The premium package contains more than just the Boise system. There's a
whole list of items on the prem pack that I wouldn't want to be without.
Number one on my list is the sunroof......that's one of the reasons I didn't
buy a Z.....I like hardtops with holes.....haha

I don't know about the premium on 6MT, but on the 5AT, it is awesome. The intellikey is great, memory seats are good to have, auto dim, etc. I don't know why everyone complains like crazy about the BOSE, they are good speakers. If you want an awesome sound system, go on eBay and spend $300 for a sub/amp and $100 for the install. It's not that much....
