100,000 miles in 3 years, am I crazy????

Hello everyone..........first post here. I unfortunately fell head over heals in love with the G35 cpe 2 weeks ago, and now I HAVE to get one. I am in sales and will be using this as my primary car for VA, NC and MD travel. Figure about 35,000 miles per year.
I have already researched(thanx to this forum) the "winter driving" issue and I am O.K. with that now. What I really need to get a grasp on is an educated guess on what a $34,000 2003 model will be worth in 2006 with 100,000 miles on it.
Granted this is probably the worst financial investment I have ever and may ever make, but I'm telling you I have only felt this way about one other car, and that was back in 94 when I purchased a 1992 Legend cpe LS with 24,000 miles. It was Stolen 9 months later or I swear I would still have it today.
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I wish I knew cause I am making the same mistake. If only I could afford a beater. I have had my coupe since the middle of May and I already have almost 12,000 miles on her. If I dont slow down on the miles I'm looking and around 45k a year. Not a pretty site. Man I wish I had a civic too. Wow never thought I'd say that.

I got my G at the end of Febuary and now have 19000 miles. My front bumper looks like the moon and my front right wheel was curbed (avoiding oncoming traffic in my lane). I have a motorcycle also, but can never get seat time - summer and the kids are home. At this rate, my G WILL be a beater in 3-4 years. Illinois is harsh on cars. This damn state has no redeeming characteristics!

If you're gonna be driving like that you should get a big american SUV(expedition, yukon Denali, Navigator, etc.) For plain comfort reasons. Do you really want to be driving 35,000mi a year in small bucket seats???

Life is to short to argue on the Internet!

I hope you have SMALL customers, if you're gonna have anyone sitting in the back... This is not a great saleman's car...You may want to consider the Sedan...

NO customers in the back seats, just an occasional 6 year old. Only some literature and clothes, thats why the intrique of a beatiful car like this and the open road is so appealing. I could get a winter ride (old Saab, etc...), but then I have the maintanence on that vehicle to worry about. UGGHHH, why did Infiniti create such a beast???

While i do have season tickets for the Sox, I prefer hand tossed pizza (the way Grandma makes it) and could care less about football. Actually, I am not a fan of any sports team, I simply enjoy watching baseball with my sons (oh, and wife too...) If it weren't for her practice....
