Where Is The Turn Signals?

 

Looks like it maybe a training car . Kids take classes to learn how to drive and the trainer needs to be able to take control at any time

I would hope not a training car.... Poor soul that gets their hands stuck under the belt making a right hand turn.

 

They use that to convert regular jeeps and other cars to deliver mail in. Alot of small towns dont buy USPS trucks to deliver the mail in due to the cost they want for them so this is alot cheaper. (Ryans Grandma lived in a small town)
