lol, nice sig.

Nah, FI is going to cost more than 4 g's, it's going to be 8 g's. Besides, FI is a headache I don't have the time nor the patience to deal with.

350z is nice, but I think I'm going to stick with the coupe.

I'd like to have a backseat in case of emergencies.

if you wanted to change that, you can. id also get mrev, exhaust, sways, dampeners.

Oh, without a doubt..the stock headunit is TERRIBLE.
I currently have a sedan with the blose sound system...I was planning to replace my stock components, but I replaced the stock headunit with an alpine HU...the sound improved so much I never bothered to replace the stock components.

And now that I've re-installed the stock head unit I've been reminded of how badly it sucks.

I think I"m definitely going to be getting an Eclipse HU to help with sound quality and navigation.

Give us a heads up whenever you do the mods. I'm interested in what you ended up with, and how much $$$ it involved.

thx.

350z H-tech / Tokico D-Spec - $700

Looks

Clear Corners - $40
Bulbs - $30-50

Total $ - Roughly $2640
Remaining $ - $1360

Save up another $700-800, to have around $2000-2200, then sell your OEM 19's, when you hit the $3k mark, get some brand spankin' new tires and some sick *** volks.

End of story.
chili has the right idea minus the sound system components and opt for some aero parts.

4k Budget....hmmmmm...I'd do a lip kit all around something like the Ings1 lip kit, Tein suspension, and bargin shop around for a set of decent wheels for now and nice double din conversion (ebay has the new Kenwoods for 600-700 bucks (I saw the new Panosonic for 540 shipped but that's only if you're into name brand) (i'd shop the forums though because you always find decent used things at fraction of the cost)......
Or turbo the motor and come down on some springs and tell the crowd laugh now drool later (later being for the exterior mods to come)
