Projector HID’s would be a big improvement over the G's reflector HID. Ever had an S2000, SC430, SL500… pull right next to you at a stoplight, it almost drowns out the G’s HID headlights. Besides it's his car let him do what he wants.

Re: Xenons Again...
Thank you. My replacement fogs didn't increase the light at all...oh well, only $7 and at least it matches the Xenons. I am going to purchase a new set of fog light bulbs, 100W/90W bulbs this time, and I am going to get a pair of 6000K HID Xenon bulbs for the Xenon headlights. Hopefully this will remedy my lighting problem, and I will make a fill DIY with pictures on how to change the fog light bulbs doing so. And if the 100W/90W bulbs melt the wiring harness or do any kind of damage to the headlights/headlamp assembly, that will be a good excuse to get those Projector Xenons from Illusion Lighting.

Yo MrE. it seems trouble follows you around, first that post about the 6spd vs. AT and now this. LOL
. Hope you get lucky with the projector headlight conversion. Let us know how it turns out. Would go for the yellow light as the article sugests or are you going to stick with the white/blue light??
Expect the unexpected when you least expect it.

Re: Xenons Again...
Hey gtorres44, I know what you mean, lol.
What I'm gonna do is, I'm gonna go with 100W/90W blue fog lights and 6000K HID Xenon bulbs for now. I can get the fogs for $15 and the Xenon bulbs for $100 off of eBay. When I install the new fog light bulbs, I will make a DIY out of it with pictures and all.
As for that projector Xenon conversion, it costs $900 for the Bi-Xenon projector conversion. That price is okay, but they also need to buy whole new headlamps for my car to do the conversion and then send me the converted headlamps. And then, I have to pay a mechanic or my Infiniti dealership to install the new headlamps. So $900 + new headlamps + isntallation from mechanic = mad loot just for projector Bi-Xenons. Hopefully I will be happy with the 6000K HID's and the 100W/90W blue fog light bulbs. =)

Re: Xenons Again...
Here is what I did on my coupe:
1. Adjusted the headlights a bit higher - helps a lot.
2. Changed the fog/hi bulbs to OSRAM Silverstar. Stock wattage, but brightest aftermarket bulb you can get. Don't be fooled with 6000K versus 7000K or 8000K - check it out for yourself. The higher the K - the less reflected light your eyes will actually see. Our stock 4500K (approx) bulbs will give you the most light on the road and the reason I liked the OSRAM fog's is they replicate a similar color.
3. Went with the CATZ ZETA on the fog/hi bulbs - it really helped brighten them a lot.
I am very satisfied now - the light dispersal still isn't as good as good projectors - but I won't spend the hundreds or thousands it would cost for new lights. Plus, this gives me a very bright, very clean, white light pattern. And all told - it cost me $45 for the bulbs, $120 for the Zeta and a few hours of time. I drove next to a Z the other night and my lights were definitely brighter and did a better job of illumination than his. Figure that is as good as it gets w/o going a lot more expensive.
