Car Stalled
Weird thing happen to me today. While exiting from the freeway, I stepped on the clutch preparing to downshift and my car stalled. It was difficult to turn and brake of course. I was like damm, I immediately let go of the clutch to jump start the car before I hit the railing.
Has this happen to anyone else?

Re: Car Stalled
That happened to me in a CL-S once. I don't know what happened... just stalled on me when I was getting on the freeway, though. I had to be careful, thought people in the merging lane were about to kill me...
What's changed in your car? Anything in the weather? A LOT of cars have been "stalling" in Indy because of the floods... people don't realize they're sucking water into their engines and keep trying to start them. Doh. Hope all is well with it...

Re: Car Stalled
Ha ha, Did you forget to stroke her nicely, and give her a big kiss b4 bed the other night? They respond to those things, depending on whether you remember or not. (The car, the car lol.)
Got an intake on? Could have been the cause (a guess) a la the Injen.
Other than that, engines have their days altho very infrequently. Sometimes they do things unexpectedly and as quickly fix themselves, never to hicccup again lol.
On our G's, the MIL will come on quite easily (I'm told) if there is something amiss. And it stays on even if the problem clears itself. So a scan tool is needed to clear it ( or 50 start and drive cycles)
My guess bro, is that it was a 'blip' and not a worry. So long as it doesn't do it again and so long as there's no MIL., you should be fine.
G/L and be nice to her

Re: Car Stalled
It happened to me Twice!! I was driving just like you and the whole car just turned off. It bugged the [censored] outta me...so i quickly stepped in the clutch and restarted the car while i was still rolling. I lost all control of my car luckily i was making a turn and my speed was already under 20 mph.
