It's only confirmed when the kit is actually for sale. I say that Nissan/Infiniti would be the exception rather than the rule for a manufacturer to warranty things like that. Dealers do offer things like this, like BMW with DINAN kits, but it is up to the dealer, of course they charge a premium and the other catch is you have to take it to the dealer that did the work or try and find another DINAN dealer. Only time will tell when NISMO is actually in the dealers.

2.5 years ago my dealership told me an Infiniti R-Spec kit would put the G35C over 320hp with a computer chip and exhaust for around $1000. I just laughed him off for being clueless.
