Boca, you're right, almost - They delivered the car to me after they closed and only 1 sales guy was left and it was dark. My previous car was stolen so I did not have the luxury of driving around dealer to dealer to find a dealer that had what I wanted on the lot. Yes, I did call this dealer but they "sold" my car before I got there so they had to bring one up from the sister dealership 50 miles away and for some reason that took 5 hours, hence it was nighttime. Had it been sunny I would have refused, but what can I do? Of course I would prefer a perfect car as it should be, but other than writing a letter to the GM I'm not sure what I can do? Now that I've had the car for a week and put miles on it, I'm sure there's nothing I can do to return it? I asked a lawyer here in souther Cali but he said it needs to be a major mechanical defect to return the car easily, but some swirl marks might be hard... what can I do???

WORD OF ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!esp. black

Wash your car before you bring it to the dealership, they will treat your car a lot better. Request that the service rep. ensure not to wash the vehicle.

Hmm i'm live in minnesota and i never had a problem with them washing the car.... they just take forever to do any damn service work. They've washed it twice, come out with some water spots, but i have black car and its a free wash, can't complain too much... haven't found any scratches yet, just found a bunch of spots where they missed the dirt.... just wash it yourself, at least you know its clean.
