I Have A 2003 G35 Coupe. Can Anyone Look At Their Trunk And Tell Me How Many Screws Do You Guys Have Holding The 2 Black Panels On Each Side Of The Spare Tire? There Seems To Be 3 Srew Slots, However, I Only Have One On Each Side (the Middle Screw Slot).

I Want To Confirm This Before I Take It To My Dealership And Have Them Put In The Additional Screws.

Why put the extra screws there & not bolt them down

 

i am trying to figure out if the trunk noises i get when i go over bumps or rough roads is a direct result of the panels not being secure "properly."

i wonder why there are 3 screw slots but they only put in 1 screw on each side.
