I found it.

It belongs to Supsup.

Waiting for him to get back with us. His Webshot album shows that he's at stock suspension, but doesn't have these later shots. So I guess he must've dropped later.

jsut to let u guys know, for the gialla grill, that center piece is there for support.. so i would not recommend removing it. Most people paint it black so it is not as visible.
