hey guys im going to be selling my 02 wrx and will be purchasing either an STi or the g35 coupe (6mt leather one)

my question is this: i have been looking over tuning options, and it looks like short of a turbo/sc kit, a CAI, tb and headers are pretty much the extent. is it a possibility or just wishful thinking to hope for mid 13s out of a setup like this.

 

with changing to CAI, UDP, exaust( not headers), changing engine oil to Mobil 1 synthetic, and Redline transmission fluid, and getting a grounding kit and also changing the Y pipe and taking out the passenger seat and the spare tire and the jack and you'll be in mid 13's on a G35 coupe 6mt

 

interesting, thanks. what are most people pulling stock? mid 14s? how is the topend?

 

question, i have been reading about people getting their cars for up to 1k under msrp. how can i make this happen?

I seen stock at 5.5 0-60 and 14.2 1/4 mile time, but i think if you launch right and shift right you can get 14 flat. Doing those mods will give you like 30 more whp and i think that will be enough to do mid 13's but if you know how to run at the track, if you don't you'll mostly likely will get like high 13's

 

that fastest stock G i have herd about was a 13.99 for the 1/4. You deffently should be able to be in the mid 13s with those mods. With turbos the skys the limit

 

Has anyone seen a G35 S/C or Turbo?
