Parking the G35

DO any of you guys have a problem parking the g35? Some reason i can never park that thing str8 in a parking spot. I can park my parents benz str8 sisters car and the van. But never the g35 only sometimes. Maybe its me but, i gotta say the g steering ratio sucks. I know this is a dumb thread but just wanted to know.

I've owned the car for over three years and still have trouble with parking in spots/lots I'm not familiar with.

Why park straight when you can park on a slant, hey just take up two spots. Less chance for dents. hahaha but seriously, never really noticed it. Usually back up then pull in again.

Practice parking a 1982 Chevy Van with no power steering and a steering wheel that is at an angle already. One of the jobs I worked at forced me to drive that. Until the day I opened the door and it fell off. I had to drive back to the warehouse with no door. At least, I didn't have to worry about AC.

Thanks for the reply guys....Maybe its just the G35 steering ratio that sucks thats why its hard for me to park at spots sometimes. Its annoying that i have to back up n re-park it..lol...I can even park my dads F-250 str8 hahahah

That's just asking to get keyed.

Yeah...I'm not sure why that is either...I havent had any problems either...maybe try sticking your head out the window? I do that to get as close as possible to a corner spot.

you just need more practice...the car's front wheels are probably further forward then any car you're used to due to the Front Midship Platform design which places the engine behind and between the front wheels.
