im pretty sure any filter oil will work. Just go to autozone and buy and K&N recharger kit fi you want to avoid buying the specific one for the filtercharger offline and waiting on shipping. Only difference is filter will be red is you use the K&N instead of blue

 

+1 . . . If so desired, do as mentioned above, get the K&N Recharger Kit. It comes with a air filter cleaner and air filter oil. Simply follow the written instructions and exercise care to not over oil the Popcharger filter element.

 

that K&N kit is $$$... i just bought the PC oil... and i use simple green to clean it...

 

your supposed to clean the filter... let it dry... and then spray the filter with the oil... so when your driving the oil will catch the dirt,dust,bugs,junk etc

 

I think autozone sells the K&N kit for like $10.
