has anyone re-done their exhaust???

if so which brand did you go with, and why??? price??? where you got it?????

I went with a Custom Flowmaster Series 80. It's a True Dual with X Pipe. Look around this forum Gurgen Posted a Clip of how my Exhaust sounds. At the Last Valley Meet of over 35 cars I got Lots of Compliments on how my Exhaust sounds..... You Can Get Something off the Shelf But then ANYONE can Also. I like the Exclusive Factor......

I have the Borla exhaust. The sound changed BIG TIME, its a much deeper sounding exhaust. Its just you hardly hear it at low rpm's (takes till about 3,000 rpm to really hear the sexiness [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img])

Fujitsubo Legalis R and Y-pipe on order. Dealership was asking too much for Stillen cat back exhaust. Borla has too many pieces to clamp together.

 

Like Rambo said, the borla does change the exhaust note quite a bit, definatelly much deaper.

wow thanks for the info. I have been doing some checking out on the Borla system and I must say I am partial to Borla because of the 2 mustangs I own. They both have Borla systems and I love the low deep rumble.

Plus Stillen in my opinion is way over priced for what you get from it.

how much did you pay for the Borla???

I have a pro-1 exhaust. It's very loud even with the supplied silencers installed. They run about $695. Got it from Pro-1 directly because I'm a dealer for them.

i just got quoted for a borla exhaust including s/h for less than $700. is this a good buy?
