Passenger Window glitch

I just bought a used 03 G 6MT. I have enjoyed driving it and all the features except for a few things.
1. Whats up with the passenger window. I try to lower it a little bit but it goes all the way. I try to rise it, and it goes all the way. Is this normal or is there a issue with the passenger window?

2. The navigation system is great but i try to enter my home address and it is a pain.

Also, the dealer who sold me the car said it is ok to change the oil every 5 to 6 thousand intervals. Is that correct or should i continue doing the typical 3 months or 3,000 miles?

The window is normal, if you want to just lower it a little just make sure you just push it half way and not all the way. This feature is annoying at first but once you get used to it it's wonderful. My dealer recommend to change the oil every 3 months because of the small oil filter that we have.

Thanks. Will synthetic oil make a difference? Also, I am also looking to put headers and a new cat back exhaust system. Any recommendations?

Yes, the window buttons is NOT a glitch. It's like a camera: you press it partially down to lower the window (or for a camera, you would press the button partially to focus on a subject), and press it all the way down and it will go down all the way, even if you let go of the button. Same as up. This is also true for the sunroof.
However, regarding the sunfoof on a Sedan, I noticed that when I press it, I have to hold it to raise the sunroof to the vent position. On my coupe, I would just press it and release and it would open all the way. Same thing for the close. I have a rental and I have to hold it to open or close all the way, only on the Vent though. I guess the Sedan has the option of having different levels of opening whereas us coupe owners, we don't? It is either open all the way or close all the way? Strange.
