Buying some rims and being the Nub that I am just said offsets to fit a sedan, i got this in reply.

19x8 +30
19x9.5 +25
245/35/19 and 275/35/19

would those work with a sedan?

what about the tires?

I doubt it will work. Even with the fenders rolled/cut.

 

The front will work (it'll be nice and flush with the fender) but the rear will NOT work, it'll stick out of the fender almost an inch. Optimal offsets would be 33-38 for the front with an 8" wheel and 42 or higher in the rear with a 9.5" wheel

those are coupe's offsets...
don't even go back to that shop because whoever tries to sell you those wheels don't know jack about the G.

 

those are coupe offsets. what you need is:

- 19x8.5 +43 front with 245/35-19
- 19x9.5 +43 rear with 275/30-19

^^^ perfect setup.

 

What are rim offsets the fit nicely i dont need a very agressive setup just something that works without any modification to the fender, this is a lease

 

+35 to +43 Front (8.5 wheel), +40 to +50 rear (9.5 wheel). They will not rub even if lowered.
