Nice car but not feeling the interior on a silver G. What's up with that steering wheel?

+1

the steering wheel is not working out. I thought I would like the wood after having it in my Lincoln LS but again I have to agree with chico on silver it does not flow.

I am sorry but, it looks like you don't own a bathroom, and thusly use your carpet to relieve yourself--especially #2.

I guess what I am saying is it looks like someone wiped their azz with your carpet, floormats and your leather.

Here is my advice: see pics and oh--ditch the steering wheel cover, the only thing you got going for you G wise is the outside--nice. Wood kit is ok.

Sorry, I know this is rude--but I had to say it.

Looks like there is cigarette ash everywhere and a cool place for your skoal can.

Texan, I thought you were being harsh....then I looked at the pics. It is pretty f'ing dirty.

What the hell is a shovel doing inside the cabin????

The wood looks better than I expected. But maybe not on a silver car.
Drop the steering wheel cover. Makes it look like an 80's RX7.
You can take the blue tape of the rear door sills now.

Outside does look nice. I'm hoping to pick up some Sedan 18's for my x ....

I kinda like the wood trim, it's just a bit too dark for me. Oh yeah, WASH YOUR DAMN CAR!

My wife drives ours most of the time, but it still is not THAT dirty.

Not to jump on the bandwagon, but it's pictures like these that make me glad I went with the willow interior.

Anyway, seeing all the comments about the steering wheel reminded me of what I discovered last night while cleaning (yes, cleaning) my car. The leather is starting to flake off at the 9:00 position; where I keep my hand most of the time. Anyone else experiencing this? Anything I can do to stop the flaking, or at least slow it down?

No problems on my 05 with 24k of miles with the seats. I have the Black interior. Warranty will cover your seat though.

My 1998 Maxima steering wheel was flaking crap -- I found out it was because of my wedding ring. Doh!
