Rear Brake Pads

There has bee much discussion about problems with front brake pads and rotors. But very Little discussion about the REAR brake pads and rotors.

What can I expect? (I drive a '05 G35X)

What has been your experience? Please respond with your year, model and mileage.

I just had my rear brakes replaced at 45K. I had them replaced at about 10-15K, but it wasn't for wear, it was for squealing noise. So I guess they probably would have lasted about a total of 40K miles...

The front pads do most of the work, so the rear pads tend to last a lot longer (2-3x as long as the fronts).
